TSC Scotch broth

TSC Scotch Broth is a traditional rich and hearty soup, packed with minced lamb, diced cabbage, onions, potatoes, carrots, leeks and finished with Pearl barley. The soup is supplied frozen and individually portioned for ease of use and no wastage.

To prepare, simply pierce the film and place on a microwavable plate. Defrost for two minutes then cook on full power for a further two minutes. Alternatively, place the soup pouch in simmering water for 8-10 minutes from frozen or 4-5 minutes from chilled. Serve with warmed petit-pain or a sliced baguette.

For ease of use and accurate portion control, the soup is supplied in 18 x 250g packs.

KK Fine Foods Hunters chicken

For caterers looking for a traditional British chicken dish with a quick cooking time, KK Fine Foods Hunters chicken offers the perfect solution.

These are tender British chicken breasts with streaky bacon in a sweet and sticky BBQ sauce and finished with cheddar cheese and are ideal served with chunky chips and garden peas.

Supplied frozen, the individual portions can be prepared quickly and easily. Defrost in refrigerated conditions. To prepare, simply pierce the film lid and cook on full power in an 1800 watt microwave for approximately one and a half to two minutes. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout and a minimum core temperature of 80ºC is achieved before serving.

Each 300g pack contains 12 individual chicken portions for accurate portion control and minimal wastage.

Eatons raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake is a smooth white chocolate cheesecake on a traditional biscuit base, topped with raspberries, white chocolate shavings and glazed. For ease of preparation each 145g pack contains 20 individually frozen cheesecake portions giving chefs more time to prepare their signature dishes.

Store below -18ºC. To defrost remove all packaging and refrigerate for 12 hours before serving. Once defrosted, serve at 3ºC.
