Authentic Goes Large

The Authentic Food Company (TAFC) has introduced a new Indian Snack range to their portfolio. The large hand held Samosa’s bring a new dimension to the favourite classic Indian snack allowing consumers to snack on the go!

The Large Samosa’s are packed 15 x 100g and can be cooked in the oven (200°C) for 14 minutes:

Large Chicken Tikka Samosa; Chicken Tikka and selected vegetables blended with spices and wrapped in a tortilla pastry.

Large Lamb Samosa; A large samosa packed with lamb and peas, blended with spices and wrapped in a tortilla pastry.

Large Vegetable Samosa; A large samosa packed with vegetables and blended with spices wrapped in a tortilla pastry.

Sanjay Sighat, Senior Development Chef comments on this new range “The large hand held snacks have been developed to bring new flavours to the food on-the-go market, making a perfect snacking option during sporting events such as the World Cup 2010”.
