Sporting Seminar Hits the Mark

Delegates at the BFFF’s suppliers seminar enjoyed a sporting day out at our third suppliers seminar

Brian and Graeme kicked off the day by highlighting the benefits that BFFF has to offer potential members, the networking opportunities available, the support members are able to draw on and the promotional campaigns we run to support the industry.

Martin McIlroy, Managing Director of Daregal Gourmet UK talked a little about his company before outlining the thought process he’d been through before deciding to join BFFF and why he had made the right decision.

Ian Stone, Business Development Director of apetito Ltd, explained the key elements of apetito’s business and how being a member of BFFF provided opportunities for networking, a source of invaluable information and also how it enabled them to support the industry.

At the end of the formal part of the day delegates were able to network, find out more about each other and BFFF, before enjoying a convivial evening ably entertained by Dean Saunders, Ray Parlour and Mike McGuire

The next opportunity for a night out with BFFF, provided you bring a couple of suppliers with you, will be at Windsor races on 9th July. Last year we enjoyed a wonderful event with talks in the afternoon at the Meccure Castle Hotel followed by a riverboat taxi to the racecourse, an evenings racing which happened to be an Irish themed event and culminated with our Technical and Legislatives Chairman; Vince Craig’s favourite band, the Saw Doctors keeping the party going.
