Established in 1985, The Authentic Food Company has built an enviable reputation in the foodservice and retail industry as a quality supplier of frozen ready meals and snacks. They have two manufacturing sites in the UK and their product range covers a number of cuisines including Indian, European, British, Tex-Mex and Oriental.
Wesley Ap-Carreg joined The Authentic Food Company (TAFC) as Technical Controller in August 2009 to support and strengthen the Technical team. Wesley has more than 10 years experience in the foodservice and retail industry bringing with him a diverse skill set having worked in both Ice Cream and Ready Meals Manufacturing. Previous experience includes Technical Manager for Loseley Ice Cream and BM Foods.
