Bill Wadsworth has responsibility for technical management systems throughout the supply chain. Previous experience includes production and technical roles within Express Dairies, Iceland, Campbell’s and Northern Foods over more than 25 years.

Martin is the Director of Technical Foodservices at ‘3663 First for Foodservice’ for the past 10 years. He is responsible for the food technology/customer information/customer services/nutrition/fresh auditing/legal and food safety areas.

Previously Martin has worked within the food manufacturing and food retail sectors.

David Graham is European Head of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Iglo Foods Group Ltd, the market leading frozen foods business in Europe both in terms of sales and brand recognition. Originally a microbiologist, David has nearly 35 years experience in the Frozen Food Industry in a variety of technical roles.

Iglo produces, markets and distributes branded frozen food products in 11 countries and are building momentum in Central and Eastern Europe including Russia and Turkey. Their core brands, Birds Eye, Findus and Iglo are synonymous with frozen food, and are in the top 5 market leading positions in nine of their markets aiming to meet the growing demand for healthy, convenient and sustainable food which minimises waste and supports consumers' changing lifestyles.

With 25 years experience in the foodservice industry, Brendan heads up Atlantic Foods' technical department. His background includes nine years as Technical Manager for Global Food Trading, as well as Meat Inspector and an Environmental Health Technician. He is qualified to audit to BRC Food Standard and ISO9000 system.

Dr. Beatrice Schwencke has worked for the Freiberger Group for 9 years as head of the quality department for customer services, dealing in all aspects of European Food Legislation and quality assurance.
With 5 factories in 3 countries, Freiberger manufacture in excess of 2.5 million products per day supplying pizzas to most major European retail groups. This is supported by sales operations in 9 worldwide offices. The Freiberger group is the largest supplier of private label pizzas in the world offering both chilled and frozen solutions to customers in 48 countries.
In the UK the group sales on frozen are handled by Freiberger UK Ltd and chilled through sister company Stateside Foods both of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH.
