Technical and Legislative Committee

The Technical & Legislative Committee maintains scrutiny of incoming information regarding legislative and technical developments from Brussels, the UK and other sources. The Committee informs and advises Executive Council to assist with determining Federation policy in technical and legislative areas. Uniquely, members of this Committee represent production, wholesaling and retailing activities. Their assessment of the impact of forthcoming legislation enables effective lobbying and influence in matters which could otherwise adversely affect the bottom line of member companies. Membership of the T&L Committee is eligible to member companies who representatives can demonstrate a technical knowledge and overall knowledge of trade subjects and have substantial experience at a senior level within the industry. If you are interested in becoming more involved, please contact Su Dakin on sudakin [at] bfff [dot] co [dot] uk or call 01400 283094.
