Snack Food POCO LOCO and Discovery Foods Ltd are a leading manufacturer of tortilla chips, wraps and Mexican food solutions for retail, foodservice and B2B both in frozen and ambient.
Previously he was MD of PinguinLutosa Foods UK and integrated the acquired activities of Padley’s, Lutosa and Salvesens frozen foods into the Pinguin UK activities. Peter has been working for over 16 years within the frozen industry.
