Cargill Meats Europe is a leading supplier of food products to retail, foodservice and food manufacturing customers in both European and global markets. The company has processing facilities based in Hereford and Wolverhampton employing in the region of 2,000 people in the UK, as well as production plants in Ireland, France and Holland.
Peter Allan is General Manager & Director for Cargill Meats Europe, responsible for the import and distribution business managing the off shore supply chains to the EU market. Peter has been with Cargill for 15 years.
