Ali Hannaford started Paramount 21- specialists in Seafood and Vegetarian frozen products for the foodservices industry – in 1988. The company employs 50 staff, has a turnover of £6.4m and has won numerous awards for their fish pies, fishcakes and their vegetarian lines.
Ali is a Past President of BFFF, Member of Executive Council, Chair of the Audit Committee and one of the BFFF’s three trustees
