SCHÖLLER TAKES 'CATERING PRODUCT OF THE YEAR' AWARD

 

At a Presentation Ceremony held at a Gala Dinner Dance at the London Hilton Hotel on the 13th June, the British Frozen Food Federation proudly announced that the winner of the "Catering Product of the Year" Award for 2002 is "MÖVENPICK" MANGO CRÈME FRAÎCHE from SCHÖLLER ICE CREAM LTD.

 

This is the second time in succession that a Schöller product has taken 'Catering Product of the Year' in the BFFF Annual Awards.  This year, if you’ve tasted it – ‘you know you’ve been mangoed’.  Schöller’s dedication to the catering desserts market and their integrated approach including the provisions of freezers and menu cards illustrates how deeply they have researched this market and how successful they have been through their new recipe development.

 

The catering judges thought the product was wonderful, especially the contrast of texture between two smooth and creamy ice creams against the large pieces of real mango which complement the dessert.
